One pan hash. Breakfast for all. This was such a homey breakfast. Look at the texture! A little prep work in shredding the potatoes and onions, but once that is done, you just smash the raw hash in the bottom of a hot cast iron pan, cook, flip, add as many eggs as your litter hear desires and put a lid on it.read more
